HF Transformers are used in a wide range of applications. Among the major applications are power conversion e.g. Switched Mode Power Supply, where several converter types are used. Some of the applications for HF Transformers are Gate Drive Transformers, Signal Transformers, Current Transformers. Can be produced with UL approved materials.

Numerous solutions can be provided within Reactors, Inductors and LF-Chokes. The DANTRAFO Group has long experience in customizing Chokes for a wide range of applications. This family of strip-core products is based on grain-oriented lamination, with lower loss than standard (NGO) lamination. The improved core, results in a higher power density. Due to the closed magnetic loop, the radiation from this family of products, is lower than a traditional E lamination. Can be produced according to UL1446, UL5085 or XORU2.

Encapsulated PCB transformers are widely used in electronic applications where a cost-effective low voltage source is needed. The DANTRAFO Group is well-known as a manufacturer of encapsulated PCB transformer in high quality. Most products are vacuum encapsulated to secure maximum reliability. Standard range is available with IEC certificate or UL marking.
