SUSTAINABILITY
The recent development in the sustainability agenda makes It clear that each of us must take responsibility and make an impact to save the planet.
This has put ESG on the Dantrafo Group strategic agenda.
For many years DANTRAFO Group have been a part the UN Global Compact and the principles are incorporated in our business model in all entities.
There is extensive development of new models and reporting requirements. Some of the models are overlapping with each other and reporting requirements from customers are special from customer to customer. As an SME (Small and Medium sized enterprise) we must standardize our approach to get maximum sustainability progress from existing resources.
We have created a Code of conduct policy that is implemented in all entities.
As an SME with our company size, we are not yet required to make ESG reporting, but we have decided to make a voluntary ESG report for DANTRAFO A/S 2024. This will be based on the European Unions template for SME voluntary ESG reporting. This report will be uploaded when ready.
From the Governance part of ESG, this means much more than legal compliance and anti-bribery policies. We must establish healthy business practices with suppliers and customers that ensures we can continue to fulfill our obligation under “E” and “S” and provide highest possible job security for our employees.
